MakeMarriageBiodata.online ("we", "us") operates the website makemarriagebiodata.online. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have. We have written it to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

No account is required

You do not create an account to use this service. While you are filling in your biodata, the information stays in your own browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive it, and it is not sent to our servers.

What we collect, and when

• Biodata content and photo — sent to our servers only at the moment you choose to pay and download. We store it so we can generate your PDF and let you download it again later.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details. We store the payment identifier, amount and status returned to us, and the email or phone number you enter at checkout so we can help you if a download fails.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, actions taken in the builder, approximate location, browser and device type, and the advertising campaign that brought you here.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Mixpanel and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and may be used to show you our ads on Google and Meta platforms after you visit. They load when you open the site.

You can opt out at any time using your browser's cookie controls, Google's opt-out add-on, and your Meta ad preferences.

How long we keep your data

Generated PDFs and uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our storage 60 days after purchase. Order records (amount, status, payment identifier) are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your in-progress draft stays on your device until you clear your browser data.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run this site: Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and PDF generation), Google, Meta and Mixpanel (analytics and advertising). We do not sell your personal data, and we never share your biodata content with matrimonial services or any other third party.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for its processing. Email support@makemarriagebiodata.online and we will respond within 30 days. Because we do not run accounts, please include your payment ID so we can identify your order.

Children

This service is intended for adults arranging marriage introductions and is not directed at children under 18.
