Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your biodata. Because the product is a digital file delivered immediately, this policy explains exactly when we refund.

We will refund you in full if

• Your payment succeeded but the PDF was never delivered, and we cannot deliver it.
• The PDF is corrupted, blank, or the text or photo is broken, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same biodata.

Contact us within 7 days of the purchase at support@makemarriagebiodata.online with your payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

We generally cannot refund

• A PDF that was delivered correctly but you changed your mind, or you entered wrong details yourself. You can edit your details and generate a corrected biodata; contact us and we will do our best to help.
• Dissatisfaction with a template design — every template can be previewed with your own details, free, before you pay.

Cancellation

You can abandon the process at any time before payment at no cost. Since delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after the PDF has been generated — the refund terms above apply instead.
